Reporting directly to the CEO this exciting role will see you leading a large portfolio with a significant team. You will enhance community services and oversee the delivery of critical projects including a leading edge new Library and Learning Centre within the Ringwood Activities Area Town Centre. In addition you will contribute to the strategic direction of this crucial unit and help position Council for the future. Key to your success will be your ability to build strong partnerships with a range of major stakeholders.

With sound local government experience you have a proven capacity to lead a number of significant services. Highly regarded for your leadership skills you have an ability to build relationships with people of all levels and your strong communication skills see you adept at succeeding in a political environment. An enthusiastic and energetic individual you strive for best practice and have a willingness to drive change.
